Co-ed PG, Clean, well-maintained, has a lift, has around-the-clock guard services and housekeeping services. 11k to 13k per bed. Can have 2 to 3 people in one room. Single occupancy rooms are also available. CCTV throughout the building. Provides 4 meals a day. There is no curfew or cut-off time to enter or exit the property. Every floor has a common area with a fridge and microwave oven and washbasin to wash utensils. Safe, hygienic, and a bit expensive. But I guess that's just the rate.
