Our experience with YOLO India Tours was great. Amit answered all our questions when it came to booking and customizing our tour. He also helped us with rearranging our tour when our cruise line caused us to miss our international flight and delayed us by a day. Dinesh, our driver, was fantastic with keeping us safe, on time, and navigating the crazy roads. Our guides were all knowledgeable and helpful. We would recommend and book again!
At time drop Marshal and driver both misbehaved with us and our luggage was put on the road at Kashmiri gate but I booked my Drop location at RK Ashram Metro Piler No 27 very pathetic experience for the first time.
I and my two daughters recently completed a 8 nights Golden Triangle + Amritsar tour with Yolo India Tours. We booked this tour based on reviews and the prompt responses we got from Amit prior to booking the tour. And we were glad we did! We had a great time from the time we were welcomed at the Indira Gandhi International airport and time we left from Indira Gandhi International airport 9 days later. The tour was so well planned that we didn't have to worry about anything. At no point in time we felt unsafe. It was a private tour with just the 3 of us and Yolo India was able to customize trip to suit our interests. Our driver for the Golden Triangle part of the tour, Anand Singh was exceptional! He made sure that we are comfortable through out the journey. I highly recommend Yolo India if you are planning for an India tour!
Real value to our money - Yolo helped me to plan my vacation with family in a short period. I was quiet worried travelling with family to a place too far from my city but yolo handled it very safely. Booked the Footsteps of the Buddha tour with them. Communication with Amit prior to the trip is extremely efficient. During the trip, we had a driver and tour guide (which was more like an escort than a guide as he was unfamiliar with most of the places). The guide also spoke very limited english, which was disappointing. Also, though some of the places were quoted in the itinerary, we were asked to hire a local guide/transport once we were at that place (we were quoted for local guide) upon visit to the temples. We had the impression that everything quoted in the itinerary would already been paid for and not that we have to fork out our own money once we were there. Towards the end of the trip, the guide also openly requested for tips (we are happy to tip accordingly for a job well done but did not feel comfortable when being asked for tips openly)! That said, escort did a good job in ensuring basic needs are met for eg when needing to communicate with other locals for food etc.
We are so happy we chose Yolo tours for our organized tour of Rajasthan & Varanasi. Our reps were available 24/7 and always responded quickly to our needs. Customer service is excellent and communication is clear. Our driver Mr. Shivraj was excellent and so accommodating to all of the stops we needed to make. Our guides were knowledgeable and our hotels were all comfortable and most importantly clean. Highly recommend this company for foreigners looking to experience India. Thank you for a memorable trip!
