Good experience of learning Suryanamaskar and Yoga from Sandhya Ma'am. Ma'am is very friendly. while teaching yoga, ma'am explains the benefits of each yoga position and helped me understand the yoga posture correctly. Sandhya ma'am is very knowledgeable and the sessions are not boring at all. She makes it interactive and informative. Best way to stay fit. I thank wellness yoga studio and sandhya ma'am!!!
