I bought a fancy ring for my friend. The staff was so courteous to show me more than 50 varieties. When I said I was on a tight budget. The sales man took extra efforts to show me more varieties. These guys are dacoits, thugs people in broad daylight. Recently I made a purchase of engagement ring from the store. I was in bit hurry as the engagement date was close so I chose one of the ring but it has damage (slight cut) on it. I have been promised by one of the sales guy that they'll make another one with the same design within two days so I placed an order. After two days they delivered the ring but once I reached home upon close inspection I found that they have repaired the same defective ring and sold the same. I wouldn't have made the purchase if I knew this already.

Very bad service khuup khott boltaat Please don't buy Gold from this Shop. 13+yrs back we purchased 23k gold chain from this shop. They sold this gold without hallmark sign their shop mark is on chain that time they told us when ever you want to sell this gold to us full 23k gold value is replace ( konntiihii ghtt ghennaar naahii .) No requirement fo receipt so we don't keept that receipt. Now we decided to sell that Gold but now they are charging 10% Ghat and also offering 22k their purchase rate which was less 2000 /- to 3000/- rs from their 22k gold sell rate. I told them please check the ( k) of gold on machine and apply that ( k) for my gold and give me proper rate for my chain but they told me we know all this things you don't teach us . So please do not refer this shop for purchasing and selling Gold.
