I take Reshma ma'am virtual class, though I thought attending virtually would be difficult as a beginner but ma'am is quite patient n gives equal attention. She is a good mentor and doesn't create a pressure of learning everything quickly but gives the learner it's time and guides smoothly throughout the session. I am very happy that I started off my yoga journey with her.

Hi mam I must say this ,was not getting time to reveal the benefit of joining your yoga Cls but finally made time to tell you,At 1st I thought will it be ok to join online yoga and plus will it be beneficial if I join so ,I was hesitating to join but at end put all my doubts aside and joined it ,But to my surprise I enjoyed each and every bit of your class ,I was in a stage where I don't wanted to miss your single Cls but due to time and house chores I was missing few of your classes which I really regret at som point ,, but what benefitted me more is my back pain ,oh god it has reduced to 75% and plus my food habits n being flexible in doing physical activities and my sleep has improved the most and the most ...I'm in love in doing yoga because of you ,you deducted all the myths of yoga whatever I had in my mind ,,thank u mam

Reshma is a professional and experienced yoga teacher, in the class she sees that everybody does yoga properly by keeping an eye on everybody. I am going for yoga for past 6 months and I can see the difference in me and my flexibility. Before my blood pressure used to be high everytime but now a days my BP has come to normal because of yoga classes.
