Neha mam is an exceptional Yoga instructor. She has created a very fun and friendly environment in the Yoga group. She personally looks after her each Yoga group member and interacts with everyone. She would recommend good things about physical and mental health. She never makes the group follow same Yoga asanas and meditation techniques everyday. She offers so many variations. Weekdays are combination of variety of asanas, basic exercises, meditation, different breathing techniques. Weekends are fun filled with new experiments of inner peace, mind clarity, sound healing, garba, zumba, mini picnics. Her approachable nature and willingness to share her experiences make us feel like not just an instructor, but a supportive friend on our Yoga journey. After joining the Yoga journey with Neha mam, it has made a impact in my personal life and it has been beautiful till now Highly recommended and best place for Yoga.
