It has been 3 months since I joined the class and I am already seeing lot of change in my body and most importantly in my mental health. My sleep quality is improved and I feel more energetic through out the day. The way shubhendu sir teaches the yoga is just excellent. I never had thought that I can learn yoga virtually. I started taking beginner Yoga virtual classes with Shubhendu ji around 5 months ago, and it has been a blissful experience. I am learning Yog from Shubhenduji from last 3-4 months. His instructions are clear, precise and aptly worded while teaching the asanas, drills or Pranayam. The structure of each session is well designed and utmost punctuality is followed every single day. No unnecessary talks, promotions, freebees, offers is most important and attractive part of his sessions. He gives personal attention to each students although it's an online mode. His feedback to students is very constructive and motivating. I can see many behavioural improvements in myself.. I have become more calm..less anxious, more organised and better in time management. There is long way to go in terms of perfecting th asanas and gaining the core and muscles strength. But I am very hopeful that with Shubhenduji's guidance I will achieve my physical and mental health goals soon. Hari Aum!

I have been practicing yoga from Shubhendu ji for the last 3 months. It is a great experience to learn from him as he focuses on each and every student in the class and helps every one to reach the yoga pose with ease and clarity.
