True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life and to get that, I think YogAstar is the perfect place. Hands down the best yoga in the city as the teachers (Amit and Ramesh) pay attention to each and every detail during the session. I always feel a strong sense of calm upon arrival to the place, and every moment throughout the session is met with peace and tranquility. It is a great experience! Highly recommend their classes.
