My yoga class experience is excellent !!! I can feel great results. Both Avi Sir & Madhu Ma'am are honestly one of the best Yoga Trainers you can find. Their hints and tips to make sure you are maximizing the benefits of the Yogasan posture while preventing injury are something that is rare to find. Atmosphere is exactly how you would want a yoga atmosphere to be. Calming, Safe & Comfortable. I highly recommended Yogalaya for all.
