I was having a back issue so I joined the yoga class and after coming here and doing yoga,pranayam I feel very good.The guidance,support given by hemat sir and sheyas sir is marvellous .they give proper attention to each and every student and explain each asan about the merits and demerits on u r body, also perform every day differents exercise.Thanks a lot sir

The beautiful ambience is full of positivity. Both the trainers ( Sirs) are incredibly helpful and full of knowledge. Here, all the Yoga Assanas and their benefits are very well explained. Personally I got motivated to be consistent. Sound therapy is one of their best speciality. One can feel energetic throughout the day. One of the best fitness places to become fit not only physically but to be strong mentally and spiritually as well.

I started my journey with them 4 months back the meditation sessions and power yoga sessions are heaven. The amount of peace and focus the sessions leave us with are worth while, I am still trying to make it a part of my daily life as being a student & employee at the same time becomes challenging. Hemant sir has been way supportive and motivational all this while. So thinking about joining, don't think twice. Best here in ambernath with reasonable fee.
