Good place to getting more attention Yoga classes are good and effective. Because Aravind chettan giving more individual focus. Personally, Day by day I'm getting more improvement both fiscal and mentally.
The atmosphere of every class is epic and only gets better with understanding and health we gain with every class there. There is a lot to say about the teacher as he is not only good in transferring wisdom but he really takes effort to harvest the good in us, not just in terms of health but spiritual,mental and even the energy growth in us. The difference I see is that he does not do nor teach yoga as most of the modern society thinks of it as an exercise and a way to improve health but he does it with the very Dharma of yoga ,how it was and how it should be and that is UNITY. He teaches yoga with the very supreme quality and profoundness of yoga which I believe is they way the Yogi's in India did thousands of years ago. He also know kalary and with all his experience, understanding and realisation he passed down the knowledge from the very roots of everything he is. Hope he would open classes in many more places as it will help many people.
Before i came to this place i have lot of problems both physically and mentaly. After doing yoga for 3 months i feel better now.. Thanks aravind
