Before this, I had never done yoga, but now I'm really enjoying it. The studio is peaceful and spiritual, which creates a serene atmosphere for practicing yoga. I highly recommend this yoga studio to anyone looking for a great yoga experience. I am also grateful to Nishal for teaching me different types of meditation.
