Wow. I cannot say enough wonderful things about PM Yoga Studio. I was introduced to this studio through their Absolute Beginners class, and felt such a strong connection immediately. I had experience with yoga in the past, but always found it very intimidating, disconnected and a bit cliche - PM Yoga Studio is the complete opposite. Special thanks to Pooja Mishra for helping to archive my fitness goal throughout yoga.

I love it. I started taking lessons from Gurgaon with Pooja and since I moved back to Europe I keep meeting her twice a week by video call. She has very good English. I love that I keep progressing and learning new things. Highly recommended. Silvia B
