When I started my yoga journey with Sova Paul online from New Jersey , USA. I was 85 kg , after 8 months of training I am now 72 kg. Sova's effort for making me fit is awesome. Her knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing communication has really helped me to reduce my weight and stay fit. I would definitely recommend Sova to everyone for her amazing work.

Very customised treatment of health issues. Every aspect is taken care and exercises are not dumped on us. Piyali, a very thorough and understanding trainer who keeps all.details of my health in focus while guiding me through the sessions. My health has improved quite a bit in a month only. Srabanti maam is also very thorough and her tips and advices about gut health has helped me a lot to get over my recurring stomach problems. Am looking forward to a long term relation with Nirvaana in future.
Hi guys Siladitya here. I have found yoga nirvanaa institute from google search engine for my health and then I had contacted Srabanti Mam over phone. I have done a free demo class at April end and it was a feel good experience. They have guided me so well in case of yoga and my diet that I have improved a lot day by day. I have done prenatal yoga with Srabonti and had a wonderful experience. It made my pregnancy journey so much more enjoyable as physically I felt very fit with yoga stretches and pranayam. Would totally recommend!
