I was at my lowest phase in life after a Cardiac Arrest followed by an Angioplasty in Oct 2021 when I met Jatin Sir. I was recovering from the trauma and struggling to find answers to situations that lead to my cardiac arrest. The road to recovery seemed too long considering I was not able to walk for more than 10 mins without getting tired and exhausted. I couldn't risk going to gym at this stage. I was looking for proper guidance for my health and fitness to salvage my bruised body physically and mentally. I came across Jatin Sir's fitness classes on Internet with some good reviews. One of my friends was on his Facebook group. So after getting good reviews from that friend too, I decided to connect with Jatin Sir. On my first call only I could directly talk to him, this is something which I was very happy about that I am speaking directly with the one who was supposed to train me and not with any sales person. He heard my issues and mentioned that in my issue only doing exercise won't help and I will have to make the whole lifestyle changes. He gave me confidence that if I follow the instructions of 24 hours and not just for 1 hour, I will definitely get results. He also said that as far as training is concerned he will go as slow as I want and also made me understand that due to the class being a group class, I will have to keep patience whilst working on things. It took me a long time after the classes began, to understand his mentoring style and methods of training. Initially, I was a bit annoyed and frustrated with the constant follow up on whatsapp on missing a class Or not updating lifestyle routine in the whatsapp group. But then I realised that this is what I was looking for the whole time - Someone who can push me to be disciplined in my fitness routine and ensure that I don't give up. It is amazing sometimes that even with so many students, Jatin Sir has a regular check on all his students, tracking their fitness level and regularity in classes. His knowledge of body types and various ailments and their impact on health is commendable. He has the knack for providing the appropriate techniques for fitness workouts and diet routines based on body types and ailments of his students. It takes some time to come up to his level of commitment for health and fitness. He patiently waits for his students to reach that stage and meanwhile keeps nudging, prodding, scolding to push his students' potential. Once you reach that stage, you begin enjoying the process and the journey. You become more aware of your body and its needs. He goes out of his way to help you with your doubts and understanding of your health. It's been more than a year now since I began his classes. I haven't reached my targets yet. But I have achieved much more valuable goals through the classes. My energy levels have increased substantially. I feel more active in my day to day life. There has been a drastic change in my lifestyle routine including diet and workouts. Weight loss is my least priority now. I have realized that there are much more important goals I need to achieve. Weight loss eventually is just going to be by-product of the goals that I achieve. So if you have come here looking for feedback on Jatin Sir's classes, my advise to you would be to atleast give it a year to understand his mentoring along with effort and dedication on your part to implement his strategies for fitness and lifestyle routines. He would definitely be on the other end to guide you to a fruitful lifestyle pattern and help you reach your fitness goals. Like they say, "When the Disciple is ready, the Teacher appears".

Jatin's Sir class was just a trial for me because I had recently shifted to Thane and wanted to do just yoga for better physical and mental health. My stamina was very low and I was having knee pain. I was a bit concerned whether I will be able to do exercise with the knee pain. On phone Jatin sir said that he can help me to exercise regardless of knee pain and will teach correct postures, he also explained that the issues will get better if his lifestyle changing instructions are followed for whole day. So I went to take admission, after admission he assessed my postures and explained me why my knee was paining, it was because I was having some wrong postures. When the classes started he first gave me separate exercises although it was a group class. He gave me exercises to strengthen the knees, he also corrected my standing, walking and running pattern. He kept correcting me whenever I used to go wrong. I think this initial support is very important. Although it's not like a personal training, where you are the only person on whom the trainer is focused but compared to a group class I felt much more care is taken here. I was also having pain in wrist whilst doing anything on my hands like push up or Suryanamaskars and all. He helped me with how to tie wrist support and then I was able to do most of the hand exercises. To be honest I was not very regular to the class because of my personal commitments, job and other responsibilities. So at the time of admission I was told that even if I miss the class I will be given a routine that I have to do. I just did what was given to me, these routines helped me to stay on track during the days when I was skipping the class that helped me to stay in rhythm whenever I went to class I didn't had to start from scratch. Sir always say if you want to improve physical health or improve mental wellbeing, lifestyle is the only key. He explains how the kinds of foods that we eat affect our ability to think under different situations. I trusted sir completely and followed his instructions of whole day and made changes as per feedback he gave me, and to be honest within few days I could see the changes in me, my knee pain issue resolved, my stamina increased, I felt energetic by just following his instructions of lifestyle and I could see the drastic difference in me. I can say Jatin sir is not only a trainer I feel he is the real teacher or Guru because he not even take care of your health like a mother but he also take care of your mental health and downfalls. Hey guys, I want to share a magical experience in the yoga and fitness with Jatin.. a yoga teacher with huge knowledge of special practice techniques and a a precise explanation of each asana. best yoga teacher I know and a very good and kind person. Once you join the class you will feel valued.learning with yoga and fitness with jatin is very peaceful & enthusiastic. Auro of whole yoga class is just awesome.the best place to relax your mind, body, soup.i started doing yoga everyday and it completely changed my life. It changed it profoundly. Besides losing weight. I am clamer, I sleep better , I have more patience. I firmly believe that you don't find yoga though...it finds you when you are ready and need it. When I started working full-time in corporate accounting, I noticed a lot of changes in my body and in my life. I didn't have a lot of energy, I couldn't make time to work out, and I was just feeling really down about myself. So I took matters into my own hands and tried to eat a little healthier during the day to see if it gave me more energy. At the beginning of most classes, instructors encourage yogis to set an intention for themselves and that day's practice. This could be a word, a phrase, or simply how you want to feel as you move through the flow. I've found that setting an intention and coming back to it throughout the class helps me feel more grounded in my practice. I've brought this practice in life off the mat, and setting intentions can be a powerful way to frame each day to add a greater sense of purpose. Our breath is one thing that we simultaneously don't have to think about and have the power to control. In yoga, pranayama is the ancient practice of controlling your breath through different techniques. When we consciously tune in to our breathing, we activate our parasympathetic nervous system, which is the "rest and digest" mode. I have noticed that taking the time to sit with my breath during my yoga classes has helped me decrease stress and anxiety. With all of the distractions of everyday life, it can be helpful to take time to pause and breathe, even for just a minute of each day. So today, I do pranayama for 45 minutes every day. I had never done yoga before and Jatin sir has helped me learn so many forms of Yoga. He is a fantastic teacher and also a genuinely lovely person.. His classes are very energising and fun. His instructions are very clear and precise, also he is very observant, and constantly checking your positioning. He encourages u to try new poses and want u to reach the next level. He always lets u know how far to go in a pose if u have injuries/weakness which is really helpful. He explains the benefits of every asanas. I also really like the meditation at the end that makes me feel relaxed and centered. I can definetly observe noticeable differences in my body. Yoga has helped me in increasing flexibility, stamina, strength, balancing and body toning. If you want to gain strength and transform your body, this is the class for you. Highly recommended.

I had tried multiple yoga centre's but was disappointed as no one gave attention to my special needs. I was just another practitioner in a sea of participants with no one monitoring if I was doing the asana correctly or not. This resulted in muscle cramps and injury. Based on the reviews posted on Jatin Yoga and Fitness, I decided to give one more try. I am glad, I did. In our very first session, he mentioned that he normally takes a student who is willing to commit to 6 months, as that is the min time needed for his course ti completely transform someone. I had only a limited time as I had come to Mumbai for Bangalore for treatment only. But he agreed to take me as I assured him that I will be punctual and to teach me just enough, so I can join a regular yoga batch back home in Bangalore. After my initial two seasons, he immediately changed his approach saying that, instead of asanas, he will focus on Stretching to loosen my muscle stiffness. These really helped me and build my confidence that I can do yoga without injuring myself. I was also finally able to sit on the ground with my hands in the front. Earlier I had to keep my hands on the ground for support as my back was very week, due to surgery many years back. He also cured my frozen shoulder. And most importantly the pain due to nerve damage in my left leg due to high diabetes was gone too. He also advised me on my diet and the importance of getting proper vitamins and minerals. I wish I could continue my sessions with him, but I have to return back to Bangalore. I wish him all the very best and I strongly recommend him to all who are looking for someone who will give his students the best personal attention.

Recently, I finally embarked on this journey of self-discovery and enrolled in a local yoga studio. The experience was transformative and left a lasting impression on me. In this review, I will share the remarkable details of my yoga class experience, highlighting the ambiance, instructor's expertise, class structure, and the profound impact it had on my mind and body.The class began with a centering exercise, allowing us to quiet our minds and become present in the moment. We then delved into a series of warm-up stretches, gradually preparing our bodies for the more dynamic asanas (postures) to come. I came to the realization that I needed some guidance, a professional attitude, and a teacher to mentor me. I discovered after enrolling in the classes that we never paid attention to restoration, renewal, rehabilitation, or conditioning. Sir gave me advice and went over these issues with me. He mentioned that recovering properly through water, diet, rest, and relaxation is more important than simply engaging in activities and wearing the body out. More than 90 minutes were spent on counseling. On that day, I committed to the classes and made decisions. I used to go before, but I was quite sporadic and not very serious; this time, however, I was channeled and focused. I wasn't just motivated to do the exercises but Jatin sir skillfully crafted a sequence that flowed seamlessly, synchronizing breath and movement. Each pose was introduced with clarity, and modifications were offered to accommodate individual abilities and limitations. The class concluded with a blissful savasana (corpse pose), where we were guided into a state of deep relaxation, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and centered.What struck me most during the class was the profound connection I felt between my mind and body. With each intentional breath, I discovered a newfound awareness of my physical sensations and mental state. The practice of mindfulness, emphasized throughout the class, allowed me to observe my thoughts without judgment, fostering a sense of inner peace. As I flowed through the asanas, I experienced a heightened sense of strength, flexibility, and balance. The rhythmic movements and focused breathing created a meditative state that transported me beyond the confines of everyday stress, into a realm of tranquility. My experience in the yoga class was nothing short of transformative. From the serene ambiance to the expert guidance of Jatin sir , every element contributed to a profound and enriching journey. The practice of yoga has now become an integral part of my life, offering me a sanctuary to cultivate mindfulness, embrace physical well-being, and discover the extraordinary potential within myself. "The worst thing I can be is the same as everybody else." -Arnold Schwarzenegger I joined Jatin Sir's class in March 2019 and I thought I would only continue for a month as my summer vacations were for that duration only. However after learning different things about your body, I realized to continue as it would be better for my lifestyle I had adapted. But I left due to personal reasons and was not able to handle both studies and classes simultaneously. I joined again in January 2020 and continued till Covid hit in March. After that everything fell apart for me. I lost my interest in the classes, my mind and body was always tired and I had lost a very close friend which broke and tore me apart. After finally getting over it and passing my 10th standard, I joined the class in July 2021 again. It has been the best month for me in a very long time as I could not be more happy than ever. The people around me in the classes and especially my Guru (Jatin Sir) are the main reason I am so happy and motivated each and every day. My mindset and perspective for life has completely changed which has helped me deal with my problems . Each and every day, Sir teaches us different types of exercises which benefits us in our day to day lives. It helps us to be fit mentally and physically and enables our body to lead a healthy and yogic lifestyle. Some activities such as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Power Yoga, Aerobic workout and Cardiovascular exercises are some examples, our sir instructs us to do in a fun and loving way. If you are dealing with depression, anxiety, stress or similar problems, I would suggest you to join the classes as soon as possible because I too had these problems. Be regular and follow sir's instructions and you too will overcome your problems easily... It has helped me a lot that I cannot describe my emotions in words. Thank You Sir for everything

I am a 17 year old student from Thane. I was always very fascinated and intrigued by fitness and the idea of having a "perfect" body. I found Yoga N Fitness With Jatin when I was 14. But I used to focus more on playing with my friends in society and school like most of my other friends did. I later realized that when playing over there I wasn't able to improve my performance, cause there was not someone to mentor us. Plus there was not system training. All we used to do is exert energy and get tired by the end of the day. It was then I realized that I need some direction and a professional approach and that I needed a teacher to guide me. We never focused on recovery or rejuvenation or rehabilitation or conditioning, these things I learnt after joining the classes. Sir counseled me and explained about these things, he said that focusing on recovery with proper, hydration, nutrition, relaxation and rest is more necessary than just playing sports and fatiguing the body. The counseling went for more than 90 mins. That day I made decisions and I committed myself to the classes. Before that I used to go but I was very irregular and not very serious, but this time I was more focused and channelized. I was not only driven to do the exercises but also driven to follow the lifestyle. Sir didn't just train me for 1 hour, but he gave me what to follow for the rest of the day he calls it yogic lifesltye. I started following the process and I started seeing results just after a few weeks. I could see that I was feeling more alive, active and full of energy. Sir motivated a lot on sleeping early and correcting food habits. Initially I used to get a lot of bloating and gases when I changed my food habits, so on asking him he explained the reason and how to correct it. I was sleeping well and was always more alert and active, my grasping power was increasing, due to the satvik foods I was able to focus and concentrate better with very less anger or irritation. The best part is due to changing the food habits I got rid of my acne and my face was looking brighter than before. Due to my studies I sometimes had to miss the classes, but on those days I would feel very low, so sir gave me quick routines that I could do at my leisure. These quick 20 mins workouts used to kill the study stress and would help me to think clearly. Later during the Induction series, sir explained how the quick workouts would help to release certain hormones which create happiness and it all made sense. I really appreciate the support I have received. The guidance and help I got is something I'll always be grateful for. Here they understand your problems and work on it with you all you have to do is be regular with the classes and follow the guidance. The first priority is always your health and safety. The atmosphere is as friendly as it gets and you're hence more comfortable to work out although sir is very demanding and does also scold where necessary. But it's all in good faith as he is our teacher. The routines never get monotonous or boring because everyday you're made to do something different, something new. We're taught yoga, calisthenics, weight training, cross fitness, aerobics, HIIT and towel workouts, and are even educated on how to make delicious and quick recipes. You're taught the science behind the food and diet, something that is usually ignored. You're taught why you're doing what you're doing and it drives you even more. The mentoring and counseling helps you in channeling your strengths and gives you a better vision about your fitness and its goals. The experience isn't like any other gym or fitness center, all of the features I mentioned put your concerns at ease and motivates you to do better. This is a 10/10 in my book!
