Its been just 3 months i have joined yoga and there is lot of improvement in me.. she is a great mentor teaches so well, so perfectly,just amaznig.. Everyday its new experince for me..There is lot of improvement in my flexibilty..Am mentally physically and emotionally more strong now..want to learn more and in deeper.. I highly recommend her ..She teaches offline and online too which is very good..so no worries whoesever cant move out from home they can join online too. Gratitude
