It's been three months I have joined Ankush class,and he has a unique technique of teaching yoga.He gives you reason for all forms of excercise and how it's going to benefit you.Everytime their is new form of excercise and it has help me to built my strength.Very humble and soft spoken person,very patient and always encourages you on your small achievement.After every class he has unique way of saying today your body is going to pain so just ignore and he says it with a smile. 1.5 months ago I joined Ankush for weight loss and toning accordingly he made me do the exercise but due to something i was not able to do workout for 15days I was thinking that I must have gain some weight because I was not even doing walk, when I joined back I didn't gain any weight and everything was same, I believe he help you to give long term results not something which will change frequently. so yess you can definitely join him for your body goals.
