Very Neat, Clean and Calm environment. Deepesh Sir has done Masters in Yoga and Naturopathy. He is very supportive to the beginners as they don't know the right way to do the exercises. His suggestions related to diet, exercise and daily routine based on individuals BMI must help in reducing weight and being fit and healthy for longer time.
