The best yoga place I found in Mysore. Yoga instructor(Bharat Sir) has a very great profound understanding of Yoga. This is the only place where the fees are reasonable, other yoga classes charges a way high fees.
I will highly recommend anyone to join Yoga Gita because this is the best place & best teacher you will learn lot and find peace in your life
The experience with yoga Gita teacher Bharat was phenomenal. As (thought to be) experienced ashtanga practitioner Bharat helped me with my request for better alignment. He immediately noticed one of my physically weak spots. Lovingly he let me feel and showed me with pics differences before and after. I very much recommend going there for some good alignment. Yoga Gita's drop-in yoga classes in Mysore are fantastic and very relaxing. Bharath sir is a phenomenal teacher and adjusts his instructions to accommodate students with various levels of experience. The staff at Yoga Gita are all very friendly and welcoming...it is a true community! I also had a chance to visit Yoga Gita's center outside of Mysore. It is a beautiful, peaceful space by the river where one can go to study, practice, and enjoy nature. The staff hosted a cooking workshop where we learned how to cook a traditional South Indian breakfast. It was truly a great experience that I highly recommend!
The yoga here is pure and unspoilt directly from the source of a blooming tradition in spiritual science from India. Yoga Gita has given me more than I ever thought yoga was today.... Thank You YG!

I stayed in mysore branch recently for a day on sunday - 2nd october 2022 with my family of 3 adults during peak mysore dassera season. I casually enquired for accommodation with pooja who was my first point of contact in yogagita . She was kind enough to respond and arranged for it promptly.
Even the students here took good care of us. It was truly a good silent retreat.
A personal thanks to the whole team for making our stay comfortable and memorable !!
