I joined yoga class in the month of April.Very well trained and professional yoga teachers are there. They are teaching very nicely. Any one can learn easily from this yoga conscious trust.Evening Satsung is there.we can know lot of spiritual lessons taught by Satgurus.we can develop good qualities.
