This review is for those looking for a vacation.... Because the owner being a true business person talks only of the property not the location.... Fair enough thats his job.... Someone had to...so here is my input 1) Location of the ashram is such that once your vehicle enters it will come out only on the day you leave...yes it is that congested...even if you have the patience to turn ...back...drive and even if the owner is kind enough to open his ashram gate for you to be able to do that...its not worth it.... 2) you will probably decide to take a e rickshaw like we did . And the e rickshaw people so take advantage because we had 3 kids between 2 families..so they over prize you.... 3) food is good but will be served post 9 only. At their own sweet pace. And it does not matter how late u r running And no you might not get everything on menu... Maggie however is available always... 4) out of our 2 day stay here one day there was no water ... Kids wanted to use the washroom but noooo water... So had to leave the ashram...take a e rickshaw quickly... which was overpriced... And find a washroom elsewhere. 5) so if you are a single person...this place might work for you but with family... It will not... 6) before booking we checked the map to see the location of the ashram but online we were unable to see the location quality... Slum... extremely narrow roads... At the banks of the river yes but look at it from far... because the shore is full of litter... Offcourse this has nothing to do with the ashram... BUT all the above impacts your stay and is something one might want to consider.

Please as said by other customer don't book the room from oyo as oyo prices vary with actual price but hotel owner was very coperative and we had great time here Each room has its unique name such veren kuteer neer etc. They also provide yoga and panchkarma activities..

Very nice stay and staffs behaviour is very good budget vise good

As stated, location is very nice, just on the banks of Ganga River at tranquil place. Staff is cooperative. Could not enjoy food since cook was not available (may be shut down due to covid). Got yoga training too. Though, most of the places are clean but yoga place needed cleanliness (may be not in use due to covid inactivity). Overall - good experience.

It was very nice experience to stay at yog 1. I will recommend my relatives an friends.

Location is good. Ganga ghat is at walkable distance (hardly 100 meters). You can go and take a dip there. Triveni ghat and the market around it is approx. 500 meters away. Property is also good. Room's were clean and in good condition but they won't provide you enough towels, not even on request. We had booking for 4 people and got 2 towels. They flat out denied, stating that it's not a hotel but an aashram, which was wierd.
