I really love the learning experience of the course. The teachers team is caring and professional. This yoga studio is very beautiful, quiet and relaxing. It's amazing a feel way more release after the class and more calm and such a great teacher. I feel so stretched and exhausted in a positive way. The vibrations of Yog Viram are superb, its an amazing start to my day. I use to feel lethargic and dizzy the whole day before joining but there is a clear positive change. I have always been doing gym or meditation and this was my first experience with yoga however Bhuvan sir made it simple, he is an awesome instructor and practitioner, in group practice also he focuses on your posture and forms individually making sure you are getting best out of it. I never thought there is such a place in Kota, I would highly recommend to all out there who are just procrastinating yoga to join Yog Viram, you will see a clear positive change in your physical and mental energies. I have a very good experience in Yog Viram, starting with Yoga early in the morning keeps me energetic for the whole day. The vibrations of the Yog Viram Center are very relaxing. I am here sharing my experience of yog viram. I am the laziest person i think. Yog viram has so much positive vibe and energy which automatically motivates you. I have joined this 5 days before and i can feel the difference in my body and mind. I am sharing a photo also which shows my progress in just 5 days.

Writing after One and half month since joining @YogViramKota. Office working hours were resulting daily fatigue and headache before joining here. I used to perform occasional exercise at home but were never so regular. However, after meeting with Bhuvan sir, I got some level of regularity. Now a day ends with good energy and feeling of lightness . Bhuvan sir gives individual focus in the session. The best part is the chiropractic adjustments on each participants . Of the 8 limbs of the Yoga, one will get Niyam, Dhyan, Pranayam , Aasan, Dharana on daily basis. There is different set of Yoga Practice on each day. Performing balancing Asanas are the motivation to attend daily session . Prayers and Om Chanting are really soul soothing. Hoping to perform more Asanas in future besides few that are already in added pics. Will update more as soon as I am able to. Thanks @YogViram and Bhuvan Sir

'Yoga' is a cultural blessing to us Indians & has its roots from the Sanskrit word 'yuj' which means to join or unite. My aim for joining a yoga class was not just to attain a fit body but also to cleanse myself from within. Thankfully, after a friend's recommendation I found Yog Viram which actually intrigued me by it's name itself. The environment is quite friendly which won't make you feel hesitant to try out different yoga asanas on the other hand Bhuvan Sir will also make you feel confident enough to never give up easily. I won't say I've attained my goal yet within a mere span of 1 month. I am still in the process of learning the nature of this body & mind through our ancient art of Yoga and hopefully i'll achieve it one day under the guidance of our Yoga guru Bhuvan Sir.
