I have completed my one year doing yog here. I have experienced many positive changes in me not only physically but also to tackle the daily errands. I am practicing yog for the last 15 years. But this one year yog under Abhishek Sir was really something worth. I feel very energetic. My high blood pressure and bloating problem is also resolved to a great extent. Thank you Abhishek sir.
Abhishek sir is very good and well trained yoga teacher. His knowledge about yoga is very deep ... he gives personal attention to each and every one and corrects their asanas , he does not only teaches yoga but trains to live a good lifestyle as well , I would highly recommend everyone to join his class and enjoy the best yoga session

I've been practicing yoga with Sir for almost 5-6 months now and I can definitely observe noticeable differences in my body and mind - I gained so much flexibility and strength! It's challenging, but through the clear instructions and consistency of the trainings I can feel great results. I feel completely recharged after each Yoga session. I've never felt stronger, more in-tuned with my mind and body.

Joined this class during COVID time and still continuing ,Abhishek Ji has got immense knowledge on transforming our body and mind and soul through YOGA .
