I Attended The Yog sadhna Ashram and Swami anandanad ji prakritik chikitsalay though Naturopathy Camp Because of My weight I have 107 kg And after I have come to Know Dr.Gaurav Gupta He really encouraged me to do fasting and take Naturopathic treatments and today I have lost weight 7Kgs in 20 days I am really glad I came here And now I m going to come here daily . I strongly recommend To all Of you to come take Naturopathy treatments and yoga also really good
I have been coming to yog sadhna ashram and Swami anandanand ji prakritik chikitsalaya since 3 months I was having trouble with pain in legs and gap in my knees and body weight under dr.gaurav sir I took naturopathy therapies and panchkarma therapies like blood cupping steam massage accupressure and now after three months I m cured completely I would recommend everyone to come and take treatment here
Very nice place must visit I am going there for my migraine and back and knee pain I got relieved after 8 days of physiotherapy and naturotherepy dr.gaurav and guruma pushpa ji have very nice behaviour for their patients I like there approach to treat patients thanks. And the staff is also very cooperative.
Before yoga became fashionable in these times, this place hosted yoga sessions since past 30 years in my living memory. They also conduct blood tests at subsidised rates. God bless these people. They are doing a fabulous job
I have taken 15 days treatment for Vericose veins. The staff and service is very good. I took the package for prakritik therapy, physiotherapy and Yoga. I got a lot of relief in my pain.

I visited yog sadhna ashram. It caters naturopathy treatment including yoga sessions . The therapies provided here are amazingly soothing to the body and mind. Treatment for various diseases is available here on reasonably low expenses. Completely satvic food is served here. It is located in middle of city, also giving the natural vibes with extremely positive environment. Everyone should visit here.
