I am using this software from 2019 this software is user friendly and you have multiple options in this software , and one more thing I can tell you that your member date will be safe , all other CRM software are merged with some other fitness companies and their are high risk of data sharing .but till now I have not heard or faced any problem from Yoactive .

When we were opening our doors we did a lot of research and met with many companies that provide a management system. As soon as we met Jubie and he introduced us to the software we knew that this was the right one for us. We have used Yoactiv from day one and make the most out of it's many features including the Front Desk, CRM and member apps. We have a complex biometric system tied into the software as well. We use it for everyday membership management, but also to track the performance of our staff and business. We post events, sell tickets, use coupons and have the ability for members and non-members to join or renew online through our app and website using their brilliant plug-ins. The team are always on call and happy to hear suggestions for improvements and new features, and are then quick at implementing them. It's a real pleasure working with them. We're really happy and really recommend Yoactiv to any gym, MMA, yoga or group x facility.
