From the start of the Reception i can feel disrespect towards the patients. And Staffs are having attitude the same like we see in goverment public sector. This is Disgusting. Everyone should be treated with equal respect . I think the staff's are not happy with their work and the frustration leads towards the patient. Or may be they have not trained well enough to interact with people. Its sad that the hospital is filled with educated people and they don't even know how to behave with patients. Proper training should be given to the staffs to interact with patients . The same feeling i felt when we go to goverment hospitals which provides free service . People get used to it and i think its disturbing thing that i felt. Nobody is willing to complain about this behaviour may be because they thinks that its free and it has to be this way. Please teach your staffs how to be polite with patients. Please remove culture less people from their post. And also i have experienced that a doctor itself not following the First come First Service policy. They opt the case based on their interest and i believe thats not the right thing to do. I have spoken to the respective person in a block to make them aware of these issues and they told me that they will inform the principal about this. Im going to visit one more time after some time for my next appointment and if i feels the same then i will be giving the complaints to the medical board directly. Lets hope for the Best.
Worst experience ever... They are playing with patients... I have been going their for some months for my ortho treatment (brackets) and it's been more 3 months still they are diagnosing... One day they do x-ray then after a month they will give next appointment... I had appointment today for ortho but they sent me another department without seeing my teeth then I went to that perticular department they said and just 2 students checked my teeth and told to come next week after week when I went they said it's Thursday there is exam for us on Monday so u come on Monday. One of them student took my number and said Monday I will treat you then again i went on Monday they were having practical examination and I was un aware what that student was doing with my teeth coz I came for braces no other things were required then as the time I touch my tooth by toung I felt there is a big Hollow I was shocked why this? When I asked that student why he made a big hole in my perfect teeth what are you doing with my teeth? then the student said it's my practical exam for tooth filling so I'm doing on you. I was literally about to scream but clam myself and again asked my tooth was perfect then why filling? I didn't ask for filling? Then he said no there was cavity. What the hell it was my clean teeth nothing was their.... Then I asked when my ortho braces treatment will began he said filling is done next visit is for ortho may be then he said confirm with receptionist. when I asked at reception she said u have to come after 1 month I said why too long, is that will be my ortho appointment know? Then she said no another tooth feeling I was like what the hell is going on my teeth are perfect they are making hole and filling just for their study practice they are playing with patients... I hate this pls if I request if you have some enough money go to a good clinic rather than this shitt hospital... Invest some money in your treatment rather than paying useless money for traveling soo long and wasting your time for frequent unnecessary appointments.... I'm a 12th student i know how many classes i missed just coz of their shitt frequently useless appointments..... I want to case on them they waste my time as well as damaged my teeth just for their practice...
Best and affordable treatment got only here in yenepoya
Worst Dental Care ever I have experienced till now. They are literally playing with the patients, treating them as their subject for case studies for both the under graduate and the post graduate students. I visited Yenepoya Dental College, Kuttar on the 9th of June to treat my painful right tooth. From the ground floor where the undergraduates take case history of the patient, I was told to take an 'x-ray of my right tooth'. I did and went back. I was directed to the endodontics department on the 2nd floor where again I was told to take 'x-ray of my left tooth' as they suspected another cavity. After doing the needful they told me they will do filling in my left tooth (for which I had never asked for, nor did I approach them for any pain there). When I asked the post graduate student treating me about the "treatment for my right tooth" she told me that she can't do anything for it and would only do filling for my left tooth. I headed to the HoD and asked for an explanation for which he told me that the post graduates need cases for their studies and thus this girl can only do filling for me, and for my painful right tooth I can continue with the antibiotics and painkillers for a month. When I told him that my pain is unbearable he told me to go to the special ward on the 3rd floor where the actual consultant would treat me today itself but for a price of 1500 (plus extra for the filling) as it's the only option, if I don't wish to wait for the appointment scheduled after a month. As the name suggests it's a "Dental College" and every person entering there is treated as a case study for their students. If you really wish to be treated then please head to any other place where they give actual treatment to the patients.
The treatment is good for the poor. In June I had appointment for RCL at 9.30 am but till 11 no one doctor is around. But if u have payment treatment then ur called immediately and treated. But if for free ready wait for long. !!!!!!!!!. Still I'm waiting. God knows how long !!!!!
Good treatment in there for me
Best treatment
