I was looking a home like hostel which should have safety first and other required amenities. I felt happy once i step into them. The owner is very polite and friendly. The hostel is good and they provide good food and got better friends over there. Thanks to YD homes.

Had a wonderful experience at YD Homes... The management and staffs are very friendly and very supportive and safe place to live in. I would prefer this hostel whenever I am in need of hostel to stay.

This is the best hostel and i would deftly suggest them to all my dear ones. We were looking for a hostel near velacherry for my sister and it was past midnight, still the owners came and helped us by showing the rooms and amenities. The people who run this hostel, they are very very good and hospitable. Hygiene, Food and Ambience i would deftly give 10 stars. Keep up the good works.

Just giving this one star because thats the least that can be given. Worst worst worst experience Donno about girls hostel but boys hostel literally sucks They change the rent as and when they want and demand money from us You wont have good drinking water, raw water may or may not be available, room cleaning only if we ask, washroom cleaning may be once in two weeks and food that's terrible. The owner is such a brute who only want tons of money and nothing else Please dont opt this hostel my humble request.. you'll be in trouble later.. Reply to Owner: First of all just see the way he speaks. It's not fun for me to take time and say stg bad about people like you. I'm literate and that's why I was asking about rent, and that document which u asked me to sign when i signed that the rent mentioned was different and when I'm vacating you asked me more money. I've kept the room clean and haven't damaged to anything. Paid my rent on time electricity bill on time. Before you ask me to complaint when things are not in place ask the people in your PG to act when something is asked. I'm nt an illiterate as you to expect free services. I've asked for what all you mentioned in the brochure. The only thing that made me stay in your PG is that it's near to IIT Madras, NOTHING ELSE. And please mind your language because even I can say bad things. Just portraying me as a bad person doesn't make you perfect.

I stayed here for 2 months , I had the worst experience with owner and their fake terms and conditions Coming to room facilities I could hardly say there's only running water available but not 24hrs . Bathroom cleaning and room cleaning will be done once in 10days. The problem I had faced and also other roomies is with rent though we pay on time, at the end they ask for more like they don't consider check-in dates Everywhere we they consider date of check in and rent we paid for , here they don't ( ex: if u check in on 15th July and paid rent for 3 months , that mean actually u can stay till October 15 th but here they will let u stay till September 30 . If u want stay upto 15th October, u need pay 15 day to day rent which is about 400 per day) . This happened with every residents over there. Instead if we ask them they will say it will written on application form with tiny words somewhere between 30 lines. I'm not at all happy with their response.

Worst place I ever stayed.... Stayed here for 3 months...... Restroom are not maintained well & most of the time water won't come. Food is okie but not as so gud..... Thing is they won't return advance when we vacate....... I used to call him again & again...... & visited there several time to get back my advance...... That too they gave in installment first

Please don't stay there It's waste hostel with that money you can go for another hostel You should pay extra money there is no R.O water There is no cleaning services 10days once they will do No comments simply waste
