Hotel is overall good with some negetive points : Pros: 1. Excellent Location 2. Breakfast service is quite good. 3. Restaurant personnel behaviour is good. 4. On call services are prompt. 5. Rooms and hotel ambience is quiet and peaceful. Cons: 1. Not recommended to go for their direct booking service, it will cost you much high price as compared to online booking for the same room. 2. For direct booking case you will be entertained by the booking executive till you check in to the hotel, after check in they will not even reply if you face any problem in hotel (Personal Experience & have proofs) 3. For a room cost Rs.6000 per night they do not provided a single bottle of packaged drinking water.. This is so pathetic, instead they provided local RO water from their kitchen, which may not be healthy. 4. Their behaviour is professional no doubt but You will definetly feel missing of warmth in that.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms( Specially Premium Triple bed rooms). Excellent Restaurant.. Sheff Upen is too good. No Laundry service. Lift is working. View is good. Geysar sometimes stopped working, but they worked on it immediately after informing. Location is good. No on site travel desk, they arrange over phone.

Hotel bien place. Tres froid pour nous, nous avons demande un chauffage, parce que l'hotel n'est pas chauffe... Les chambres sur la rue sont bruyantes, fenetres non insonorisees. Rapport qualite prix plus que moyen

Booked a Premium Double room through Agoda. Promised dimensions on website was 248 sq ft. However room size was a lot smaller. (Felt cheated). We were given room# 208 which was a corner room and was appeared around only175 sq ft max. Very small in size than claimed in description. I see many other ppl in reviews faced same issue with Premium double rooms. Not much space left in room apart from bed, 1 chair and small coffee table (table size equal to what we use to keep flower pot). I complained and they did change the room but next day only. The room given next day was matching the promised dimensions on website. I felt cheated as the price paid was anyway a lot higher than what was it worth, and top of that 1 night spent in small size room. View was very Good, location was Good as it is near to Mall Road. Staff behaviour is also good. Food is alright.

Located beside mosque near mall road. Kanchanjangha view not available from room. Seevice is cordial. But not giving proper GST bill. Charging 18% gst on food bill. According to rules should charge 5% or 12%. In gst bill not mentioning HSN/SAC code. This is crime. Not recommend.

Overall the property is pretty good but service is a little bit slow . They have to improve in service to improve the CR. The cleaning service is good and the staff is really very humble and good. Also please separate the dining of veg and non- veg as this creates a huge problem with pure vegetarian individuals. Taste is average.

Stayed at this place with a group of 70 people for 2 Nights. Privileged enough to stay at Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and services. I would like to compliment your entire staff for being so professional. With smile on their faces, they have been really very impressive in their service specially Sovit Kumar. For Me he is USP of the Property

I stayed in Sumi Yasashree hotel, Darjeeling for 4 days with my family members .It's situated in the heart of the city.The location is great, walking distance from Mall.We have taken 2 rooms as we were 4 adults and 1 child. Nice room from where one can view mountains.There was a beautiful garden with common seating area at top floor from where one can partly visible kanchanjungha.Rooms were well decorated and properly cleaned.Bathroom was very good.Gysare worked properly.Food and complementary buffet breakfast was just awesome.We enjoyed breakfast with peaceful music 'OM' playing background.All the staffs are very friendly.They served us with smiling face always.From checking to checkout everything was perfect.
