Thank you for responding to my review and I also don't know who has replied to my review (Mostly Digital Marketing Agencies reply like this when they receive negative reviews, if it is so , please forward this review to the hospital management to know what is happening in the hospital. I am not against the hospital, I am against the behaviour at least from now onwards they will train the staff accordingly to stabilize their reputation) If the review came from the hospital...my reply is the following I appreciate your efforts in checking your records. You don't find my name in your records, how is it possible ? If you are searching my name in records as a patient you never find. There is no mobile allowance to the patient in your hospital to write the review. On 19th october 2023 , in yashoda hospitals somajiguda, My father-in-law, age 63, was admitted for AVF. If you still post me as "no records", I will reply to you with more details. As I have given the branch,date and procedure,I think you can find and no need of further details. He is not at all doing good in recent times and i am really worried about my father in law as he is a dialysis patient. In Yashoda Hospitals somajiguda, 4th floor, near pre and post operative wards, i asked them how is my father-in-law and they said we will inform you. After long standing for 4.5 hrs , i mean it, only standing they can't even give chairs to attenders, and the staff even not responding and very rude on their way. I have asked them in bigger voice and then they responded (i think till i had that bigger voice, my frequency didn't match them). One of the consultant(lakshmi) in the operative wards she is white in color but not fair at heart and thoughts told me clearly that "we at yashoda hospitals treat patients and their attenders like this only, do whatever you want. We are not allowing you to go inside you have to stay at hospital 2 to 3 days and even for fistula one has to wait in the same way. We have trained in such a way. You people are mannerless". They are not at all concerned and i am requesting still, whether he is concious or not.They are not responding. Not only me, when i am standing here there are many attenders who are shouting at yashoda admin and consultant people regarding their behaviour in not responding about the patients. Do you think this is good hospital.? No not at all... Please check i am posting the pictures too how they behave with patients and their attenders tooo... In picture also the lady is shouting at the old man and i am in same standing position only and they are not asking the attenders to sit because they don't have chairs.A man/attender asked the chair and sat. How many beds are there in total for pre operative and post operative wards?. For one patient - one attender policy at yashoda, how many chairs are there? This is for management and i am ready for discussion.. Please inform to the not fair consultant, this is the only job for them i think she don't know, let me tell you "treat well patients", there is no hospital without treating patients in good manner.

I had an exceptional experience at Yashoda Hospital. The medical staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care throughout my stay. I joined Yashoda Somajiguda for an ACL reconstruction surgery after the suggestion of our family doctor. The treatment process was soo smooth. The ambience, the hospitality, the cleanliness is simply superb!!! . All of these at an affordable pricing. We did enquire about this surgery in multiple small hospitals. The price difference was very minimal but the service difference was very huge!! Worth every rupee we paid!! We normally tend to judge the affordability of a hospital by it's size and cleanliness. But trust me, my surgery was priced nearly same as it is in other small hospital which is far behind Yashoda in terms of Hygeine and advanced equipments. So, do enquire at Yashoda for any such schedule-able surgeries and compare the costs. I strongly believe the difference is very minimal and negligible/no difference in most of the cases. And all the major health insurances work here(even the cashless claims). I got a cashless claim with my health insurance done. There's a seperate desk for it help us out. They have even taken care of my rehab plan with a week by week exercises plan & Diet plan. I'm soo satisfied with my decision of getting treated here!!! I was in 903 room post surgery for 2 days. It's a single bed private room. The hospitality was soo good. Everything's on time and handled by staff including my food. I highly recommend this hospital. :)

I have enjoyed my first week of treatment in Yashoda and this has filled my heart with lots of excitement because I have noticed some improvement in writing which cannot be compared with the first day I arrived to Yashoda. Well done to the doctors who have taken part in my medical treatment process.. thanks to all the nurses for the awesome nursing care offered. Thanks to everyone who have been checking on me in this period of hospital admission.. thanks to all the cleaners and their supervisors for the job well done and forgetting the cooks for the nice meals they have been preparing for me. Simply great doctor. We appreciate his humane nature and fantastic skills. My patient from Somalia has oral cancer. We were admitted in Yashoda for 3days. Comfortable private room. Sharing rooms are too small. Good service from doctors, nurses and floor managers. But the lifts dont work until manually stopped by a person from inside the lift. Most frustrating thing about the hospital.

All services are good. Superb hospitality. Ambiance was excellent. All staff given good care. Doctors also explained our queries very well. Regarding patients condition they have given good guidance.

Very professional and well organised. Doctors are very good, courteous and kind. Problem is with billing and Insurance counters. No coordination between various departments. OP billing counter should be revamped. They have no information regarding availability of concerned Doctors. Nurses are good, polite and courteous. Cleaning and mopping department are well maintained. Security personnel are also kind and very helpful.
