Hotel is very beautiful and the staff is very helpful Ms garima and kritika is very welcoming for me they both are very sweet iam enjoying the hotel and the food food is very tasty and yummy I love the food

Very spacious and clean rooms. Amazing pool and spa facility with limited timings. Most intriguing thing was their food. They have the most delicious food. Huge property with separate beds for drivers. Amazing bar too. They have most rare whiskeys with them.

My family and I stayed at the yashail hotel haridwar and we loved the stay. An awesome combination of outstanding services, great rooms and wonderful experience. Specially mr. Dhiraj was a excellent he is very polite and humble he suggests us very delicious continental and india food Thanks next 2 team and thanks all yashail hotel staff.

Recently stayed in the hotel for 1 night while officially traveling to Haridwar ...it is an SAD Experience in terms of staying here on two major fronts one both rooms cleaniness & Breakfast & both has below par now after this hotel has changed from Raddison to yashnil , Pathetic food options & quality . Not worth staying here in the Tariff of 4500+ . Need to improve a lot in terms of cleaning & maintenance.

Horrible experience . I went in the month of March 2023. I booked 3 rooms . As soon as I entered my room l found it a very normal one as related to the amount I was paying for it.The side tables were very small. Bedsheets and pillow covers were just Ok...The kettle in the room was broken.Glasses were dirty with stains on it.Then comes the Toilet.. Disgusting...very old dustbin with stains and dust on it...toilet seat was stained.. broken cupboards witch looked peevish. There was so much dust and foul smell..The shower and taps were in the condition (don't know which word should I use)......,u can't even think of touching them ..,..I felt like running away from there...I asked them to change the room but they refused saying that all rooms are booked...After managing for 2-3 hours I saw small cockroach on the table where I had kept my luggage...oh my God..scared ..I made the video and called the manager...within 10 minutes they shifted me to the other room... previously who were saying y'all rooms are booked...I am uploading the pics...food was good ...no issues... service was good...well after seeing a cockroach it was obvious So please if u are going to book this property..keep in mind they will not give ur money back or any concession...We asked them for it but no use.

This is not five star property keep it remember this is low grade hotel worst room with bad smell and leaking water from wall in the room even bathroom is like public toilets so dirty and food is made with bad oil my stomach gotten pain after having dinner, no such option in dinner and remained dinner serve in morning bole to baasi khana ,of you are thinking with family to stay that would be yours worst experiences

The hotel needs a lot of renovation. From carpets , chairs, toilets to crockery, everything needs a revamp. The place was earlier Radisson Blue. The property transfer will soon happen to Taj Vivaanta , meanwhile, the management of the hotel has not reduced the prices of any item. Nothing matches the cost of service. There were hardwater marks in washrooms, chpped tiles, and the dryer was hanging from a nail . We also saw a small cockroach in the morning breakfast layout table. If they are not giving the high-level service, they should reduce price or give discout.
