The trip was excellent. We had booked with yash yatra the person and madam were polite and helpful. They had booked Yashraj Boutique hotel at mahabaleshwar and the room was ok but the food wow awsome. Super rr. No words for me to.praise. I look forward to book with yash yatra in future. Agents after booking are very rude and does not give support which is required and also please confirm the bus ticket and your seat well in advance
These people are total scam. Ended up wasting more than Rs.2000 of sightseeing which ended within four hours which did not include any of the main sightings, including the map to factory and have a lack of Mahabaleshwar which are the two prime locations of Mahableshwar.
Bus conductor forgot my stop and took bus ahead. Very unprofessional. Spoke rudely too later that what's the problem in coming ahead. I was with my younger brother and mother as well with heavy luggage
We booked tour for mahabaleshwar from Yash Yatra Bus and service was very good. AC bus with comfort seats , TV etc. Team coordination was very well and they were very responsive. They contacted us and explained everything about booking and pickup points are very flexible Will recommend. Thank Sohel and sales team.
We booked seats from Yash Yatra Bus for Mahabaleshwar and loved the service. It was AC bus with comfy seats and also had a TV with movies in the way What I liked the most was the coordination was very well and they were very responsive. They contacted us to ask if we want to come back with them and we agreed! They do the booking on your behalf and pickup points are very flexible Will recommend
Wish there was an option for negative. Since this bus operator is good in fooling its customer. I booked my ticket to mahabaleshwar looking at picture available on site. But they sent a third class bus owned by SBS travel which seems Yash Yatra diverted their customer to SBS travel but charged rate like Neeta Travels. Already complaint in RedBus but they are also useless.
Our experience with Yash Yatra i.e Garden Hill Resort was awesome. We got a proper management in terms of traveling, food everything. Special thanks to Mr Sohel who helped us and got our trip planned and arranged in 2 days.
