That is not good option.
There's Dr. visit to patients one time in a day, even 11pm - 12am. Not show you report that what happened your patient. Not discuss with you for taking decision.
Worst hospital in the prayagraj doctor and employees are worst too much...
Poor rating is just due to some nurse/doctor behaviour, services are good and can be improvised further.
Even in ICU nurse don't take care for patients.
It takes a lot of energy to build a good infrastructure hospital, but to manage it requires more energy.
