Very pathetic experience, visiting this hospital only for doctor suhas, staff is worst they don't have any emotions, they are only robotic and money minded. please think before going.

The doctor is good but the main problem is the staff ,a money centric hospital each and every staff member is thinking of themselves .leave patients aside they can't even co-operate with each other .the mediclaim department saying different things, reception is in another mood the nurses don't even give proper guidelines tbh they don't even know what they are doing.my honest opinion is think twice before coming here .don't fall for your insurance agent to admit patient here and they can approve your mediclaim nothing going to work even if it works it's not worth it.

My experience with this hospital is very bad as my father was admitted for kidney failure, and i had mediclaim , though I had mediclaim hospital constantly troubled us for money, we were already tensed and emotionally down due to serious condition but these people did not coperate at all. Mediclaim staff is pathetic illiterate and very rude, they din't even intimate us about the mediclaim until the discharge day. And the amounts charged was so huge and non explanatory. Also they charged 12.5 k for Admin charge which I don't understand wat does that mean and on asking they din't even explain. Very bad experience. I strongly do not recommend this hospital to any middle class family.

Very pathetic service and staff of the hospital. Only doctor suhas is a very brilliant doctor but the staff is useless. They don't pay attention on the patient, the mediclaim department has time for only chitchat and doesn't response to the mails, the staff doesn't comes on bell ringed by the patient you need to go and call then 2 to 3 times. Disappointed by the service pls don't go in this hospital

Pathetic and lazy inactive careless staff. Hospital full of mosquitoes. No cleanliness only one doctor and limited staff without proper training. Unskilled untrained staff and they have internal disputes over work load. Dont go to this hospital if you love your life.

Orthopedic doctor their was not up to the mark. We trusted him at the time of diagnosis but later came to know that he forced lot of unnecessary options which costed money. Assistant doctor was also very rude to us. Only the nursing staff seemed helpful.

It is a very good hospital, doctor suhas kumbhar and all supportive staff gave a very good treatment and medi claim department also helped a lot

General OPD and all the wards in hospital seems to be run by single doctor. Doctor is available after waiting for more than 1-1.5 hrs, then patient is asked to wait. Suddenly doctor disappears for some other stuff. Doctor doesn't even see the patient for more than a minute. Why can they recruit few more doctors? Whole hospital cannot be run by single doctor alone.
