First of all, they didn't keep their promises. I had to go to this jewelry many times and they told me several reasons which are not fair. They told me I'll get the gold in one week but It's been 3 weeks I'm going to collect my gold, and still I didn't get it. When I try to call them, they either hang up or switch off. The most overwhelming part is, they are keep telling me that your gold will be given on tomorrow, so when I go the next day they say stupid reasons and this continues the next days as well.
