Wonderful hotel, very close to Leh airport and the city centre. The hotel is well equipped with all the necessary comforts including 24x7 hot water, kettle, slippers, desk and chair, heater, and electricity. The room I took was spacious, had a beautiful view of the mountains, was well furnished and extremely comfortable. The food was good, and the hotel's staff is very courteous and helpful. Very highly recommended.

I have given you proof of my arrival in 2018. Now since you don't have any proper justification, you are alleging that these are fake reviews. Have guts and accept this. You are calling a customer jobless. That's the best which you can do. You are doing a job now and still managing to reply promptly here . This proves who is jobless. By the way its a weekend for me. Instead of defending yourself so much here give some efforts in improving your hotel. Simply getting 5* review in Google won't help you much and can make you jobless one day unfortunately. I am from West Bengal. I have shown you my ticket. I am not your competitor as well. Just ask your ideal head once why will I write negative reviews here?? I have seen in many comments that you justified and defended everything. Just accept mate or ignore.

Great host,was able to arrange for us every activity,the hotel is clean and stuff is very accommodating. The hotel is located in a quiet place and even has some mountains view. Very recommended!

During our Leh stay, AMS struck, but the hotel team's exceptional care shone through. They treated us like family, even rushing us to the hospital. Hotel is located at the great place .The complete place got the new renovation recently .Rooms are clean spacious and got the new furniture. Staff is polite and very helpful. Highly recommended.
