Went to purchase a Kurtha. Couldn't find any good material or any good design. Below average items priced above average. They have a couple of formal dress nothing more in men's collection. For ladies I could see something (Don't know anything specific about it).

Good in terms of collection but poor customer service.

Today i went to shop in YARA with my wife and daughter.. we have purchased for onam and for a birthday i reached the shop very late as i was busy in bank. By the time they had purchased for themselves and i purchased two shirts and a formal trouser for me.. Paid the amount they packed the items without even any checking of us of the items... Came home the first item a babasuit for my brother -in - laws son was missing... Pathetic... Called the shop noone attended... very poor performance by the staff and the owner.. i am posting photo of the bill... No customer care number to lodge a complaint.. They ask for privilege card for the discount... What does it mean? Are all all the customers same? Its really pathetic... I felt really bad......

Whatever may be the case, one thing for sure is that the customer service here is exceptional. The people of yara are it's asset and I think they do a fabulous job and should be very proud of themselves. Shreekala was amazing, I think she was capable of managing very difficult situations and is very kind hearted person. Highly recommend a visit to Yara....
