Good hotel near MG Road. Our rool had a good view of mountain range. We specifically liked restaurant service by Ms. Dipa, she ensured that whatever we ordered reached us on time and served with smiling face. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay at Gangtok
Services are nice, staff is good and humble, they attended every details of our needs.
The only inconvenience i felt was that there was some issue regarding hot water availability. We did not get hot water in the starting days of our stay.
The second inconvenience was that the serving plates for lunch/dinner are too small to fit all the food items. Plates should have been big enough.
We stayed here for three days . Rooms are spacious and contain all basic comfort. Food is good, sumptuous and tasty. Restaurant service is excellent, I specifically appreciate the courteous service by Ms Dipa, asking for the food we like and serving the same with smiling face. I definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant.
We stayed here for 7 days. The room ambience is excellent. Rooms are spacious and contain all basic comfort.
One can view the Kanjar Ganga Mountain from sitting in the room. Restaurant service is excellent. The staff are very polite with smiling faces and good at service. Food is also good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
This Hotel is located close proximity to Mall Road of Gangtok, which is walking distance.. we got a room which had a magnificent view of mighty Kanchenjenga Mountain view.. You should not miss the Sunrise scenes from the Room.. Food is also great. And Most Importantly Awesome Hospitality..
We were extremely impressed with the level of utmost service and hospitality shown by Khusal ji and his staff. Everyone was very polite, friendly and helpful. The room sizes and amenities are excellent. The buffet dinner is not to be missed - there is such variety but the quality remains high throughout all dishes. Highly recommend this hotel as accomodation in Gangtok - it is completely unique and special.
