Yamaha Service Station - Two Wheeler Repair Shop in Chinsurah - Hooghly, India

I have gathered a very astonished experience regarding work manship. Because after new fitting with new two wheeler, opened all bolt within two days and 15 km of running. Need to become serious for customer satisfaction.

Previously it was the best service centre in this region. But now it's decent enough.

Good place, adequate equipments, with "Selective" good people who actually understands what you want to do with your vehicle, or whats the area in your motorcycle that needs attention, spare parts are available most of the time, but if its not then the waiting time is quite long. I specially want to mention Dilip da, a technician there who has been always able to solve the problems of my vehicle and understands what i m trying to say, else most of the technicians there are busy imposing their views.

Need to improve.Only washing and cleaning doesn't means servicing.

The day before yesterday I have visited with one of my friends. He gave his bike for services and got the delivery on time. This is the only Yamaha Showroom along with the company's service centre in chisurah townships. The behaviour, way of talking was good with their customers, they made me understand my query. So, It was nice a good experience.

They lack customer friendly attitude. They cannot provide even the most basic spare parts like oil seal most of the time. The service man will ask you to check the availability of the spare parts, even though the store front is located in the same premise. Desk guy seriously requires soft skill training and grooming. Labor charge 350 + 18% gst, a bit on the higher side too.

The worst service center operating under the brand of Yamaha. I have never encountered such rude, arrogant behavior under such a big brand. The people working have such rude behaviour as if they are providing the service free of cost. When asked about cost estimation , time estimation they do not provide any response and whatever they say is extremely rude. Staff should first learn how to behave with customers.
