I highly recommend not to give your bike for service, if you are really attached to your bike. This service center made me feel like I really made a bad choice by choosing Yamaha. I had accident due to potholes on rainy day and most of the bike parts including handle bar have damaged. I have given bike for service and requested them to make it ready saying money doesn't matter. But what they did is really funny and frustrating. They just did normal service like oil change, filter change, chain cleaning and claimed bill around 4k, for which they didn't give bill also. They didn't even remove handle bar bend, change any damaged parts. Even after following up for a month, they keep on saying the same story like they will look after it. This service center guys feel like they are doing free seva for us. Pathetic!!...

Very delighted with the service I'm getting my vehicle service here from past 1 1/2 year earlier i used to come 1-2 times after service with complaint of something Missing in service and not proper work but from last time seriously the work has got it's standard and the service along with washing and polishing has been improved so much. Hope the changes in positive term will be like this or even more good. Really a happy and satisfied service this time. #Special thanks to vijay bhaiya who take a note of all small things and get done with the issue at same period of service.

I had given my FZs bike for service. The treatment and professional care the entire team took was really good and also followed up twice on taking the delivery of the vehicle . I could also observe the entire service team looked very responsible n professional. This sort of experience makes me to rely on them blindly n easily for the upcoming services. Thank you

The service here is pathetic. The people are rude and reckless. They neither follow up or respond properly. The ordered parts took more than a month to come. They took a week to fix them and also missed the frame while fitting. Now I have to come back again and wait for 2 hours just to talk with the service guy. He had been out in working hours. If possible, completely avoid this place for service

This is my worst experience in this service station. Mr. Rakesh was my consultant and he did not consider me as lady he was so rude and reckless. I don't know how yemaha keeps this type of staff they don't even considered customers.Yamaha if u are reading this reviews, i guess you need to change you mind in terms of service and customer satisfaction. i dont know about your sales, but service i would rate as zero. From the day i have give my bike for servicing, i could literally find problems, The service here is pathetic.They neither follow up or respond properly. They deserve negative star, they are not doing service they are running money laundering company.i strongly recommend people that please please don't give service here

I came here to have my HSN plate fixed for my bike. The staff was cooperative and went out of their way to assist me in fixing the HSN plates. Overall, my experience was quite positive, and the people at the establishment were friendly and accommodating.

I have visited the place for my bike service they took 2days time to deliver my bike i gave only for general service but when i reached then only i came to know that my bike service is not yet done they dont have courtesy to call and inform about the bike service and other things but they don't bothered about that. Because people don't have a choice for other showrooms if we give them to a normal service centre they don't do proper service because of that we prefer authorised service centres but here also the same problem better to give normal service centre atleast they will do work in front of you only.
