Customer dealings and interaction is really good. Service is also good and informative. Most of the parking lot is filled with display vehicles and service vehicles.., which makes it little congested.. but it's okay. Interior is well arranged and clean. A customer lounge is there in the second floor (AC available). Customer can view the service and repairs through the window inside the lounge.

Horrible place with poor customer services. Should try Some other service provider. My FC had some issues with starting motor. This is my sixth day ,not even delivered my vehicle.Guys in service center will not be able to communicate effectively.

This showroom is such a disaster for Yamaha india. Yamaha has to be more carefully while giving various dealership. They have the worst service and customer interaction you could ever get for such a reputed company like Yamaha. Better to purchase bike for some other showroom far away or choose some other brand... The worst ever

Bad services ......after servicing my fz engine oil is leaking ...and found some untightened bolts and my silencer cover is broken...do not service your bike there
