If you are planning to start your career in this company please take your time to read my 2+ year experience as a software developer in this company. Pros: 1. You might get a chance to work directly on the application code itself. 2. If you are a curious person then you would have the opportunity to learn a lot. 3. If you are extremely lucky then you might get a chance to work under a knowledgeable lead. Cons: 1. The salary provided by the company is not at acceptable and this might be the least salary that an Engineering Graduate would get. 2. After 6 months or so you will be asked to sign an agreement for couple of years. 3. You will be required to work for 6 days a week until you sign an agreement with them. 4. You will be working a lot more than what you are getting paid for. 5. You might be working overtime a lot because of the shortage of employees in your team. 6. Even if you give everything you had you would not get appraisal or hike that easy! 7. The HR policies will not make any sense at all. 8. If you are involved in a project which is pending at the time of your relieving then you might be asked to complete the project before your relieving or else your notice period will be extended until the project gets completed and this might be the most stressful period for you.
