Yak Hotel - Best Hotel Near Mall Road Manali - Hotel in Manali - Kullu, India

Stayed here in a very crucial time , just one week ago during cloud burst rain & flooding .. got stuck in Manali for extra 4 days .. they took so much care of us, unbelievable.. they tried to provide us electricity during 7 - 11 pm through generator. They served complimentary breakfast dinner to all who were staying here, during this tough time .. magnificent hospitality, amazing views from rooms..

Got to stay in this hotel in one of the most difficult times in Manali. Everyone was in panic. All other nearby hotels were not running generators, not providing water. But this hotel was a standout. They took care of us. Provided hot water and light. Thanks hotel yak. Also rooms were good too and location is awesome.

One of the best hotel in manali. stay there for one day. The location of hotel is the best just infront of mall road. A great view of mall road from room balcony. Rooms are very good and big. All basic amenities are there in room. 24 hour hot water is also available. Staff are very good whichever i require everytime I called them and they give the product. Food is also very good. A wide variety of food is available.

One of the best stays if you are visiting manali! Right in front of mall road, this place gives one of the best views of the enigmatic mall road manali. Rooms are well groomed, staffs behave in a friendly manner also the food is quite good. Recommended!

No electricity no proper power backup. Staff is good but manager don't have control on situation they not even know guest is sitting in dark for two hours and in night and in morning too. When light goes intercom, wifi all gone. You have to go downstairs all the time to get the service.

Location wise good but service is very poor. Diner timing and breakfast timings not maintaining.

The best located hotel in Manali. At the end of Mall road. You can enjoy the mall road from your balcony. Nice rooms . Good food .

I called several people of this hotel, called on the number given after booking this hotel that I need 1st or 2nd floor max to max. Becuase my mother cannot climb miltiple floors. After checking in- hotel staff said we will change your room next day. But nothing was done. I stayed in thia hotel for 4 nights. Still they made no amendments. Before my check-in I called the hotel manager 3-4 days prior and informed about my floor prefrence because of no lift. Still later while checking in Hotel staff said the downstairs room already booked and they have extended their booking. So we do not have any other option. No packed Water bottle served per day. Wi-fi was not working perfectly.
