Gym is very good and their equipment's also they upgraded very nicely. It was my first gym I went for my weight loss and they trained me very well. Few days after I felt very fresh and so flexible. Gym is good, quality equipment and lot of space. But morning timing is too short 8:30 am and Sunday also leave. Sunday can be atleast working upto 10 am and morning can be increase to 10 am. Sunday people have lot of time on weekend workout and rest. For the cost of fees charged, timing is too less

My trainer Mr.Krishna helped me a lot in my fitness journey. He motivated me and made sure that i give my 100 % everyday. He is a very dedicated trainer. It's probably one of the best gym in Thuraiyur area. It's too spacious. so, it never feels cramped up when there's too much crowd. The reception staff and trainers are super courteous and always helpful. Cleanliness and sanitisation is maintained very well, which is very important in times of Covid. I would definitely recommend it to others. Kudos to the whole team

It's almost one year I have been taking training in this gym.. I was tyro never been to gym ever...Krishna bro trained me... must say One of the best trainers, friendly, enthusiastic and very guiding person.. He pushed my limit everyday and helped me in my diet too..Now i get compliments from everyone for my weight loss and toned body... All thanks to him... Best gym.. Go, take your move and get the result...I will highly recommend this gym to everyone.

Xtreme Fitness is an amazing gym. Trainer is a very sincere,dedicated and knowledgeable trainer. I'm very happy to undertake training at this gym from that trainer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gym to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience. I really like how Sir provides me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I'm seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It feels great!
