Awesome gym if u wana make body best its perfect for u different kind of equipments for muscular devlopment and fat loss .
The good: equipments are very good.some of the cushions may need maintenance but otherwise one of the best I have ever seen. The trainers are very helpful. The weights are in good condition. Price is reasonable.
The bad: gym maintenance if done is done during business hours. The maintenance and other quotidian jobs is done by the trainers.
The irritating: You have to remind the person in charge to switch on the air conditioner. Even after reminding them person in charge may not switch on all required air conditioners.
If they take care of these petty issues this gym has the potential of being a great gym.
I have been a member here for few months it has great potential for a Gym. You'll find all kinds of equipment and dumbbell for everyone. They have crossfit and other ways of weight training. You can always rely on this gym if you can put effort I bet you'll be pumped here.

Gym is comprises of two floors the 1st nd the top. In the first floor you will get all the machine's nd in the top there is cross training section. Instructors are very kind towards everyone, basically xtreme fitness has everything a person needs for any fitness goal. There's tons of well maintained equipment, 2 power racks with platforms, and all the barbells/dumbbells you could ever want. The gym is basically famous for the equipments, if you are fitness freek definitely you will give +ve response after working out.

Fresh, hot, crispy or soft , yum dosa. Best for breakfast. My preference is mostly a take away. Masala dosa is my forever favourite.
Plain dosa and idli are also good. Sambhar I like the taste though chutney is also good but it's not more liquid tha
