Xtreme fight club Master DINESH is one of the top Martial Arts instructors in Chennai . He has built a program that allows the student to grow any many directions to become a truly well rounded martial artists. His mixed martial art program not only encompasses the physical aspects of self defense, but also the mental, and spiritual aspects as well. He has an excellent children's self defense program that many children have gone through. Many kids have trained with him from their early elementary years through their college age years. I highly recommend trying a class with him whether you are interested in moyTai or MMA.

The best place to learn boxing, kick boxing, mauy thai and mixed martial arts around valasarawakkam is XFFC. I love the way they train people it's either for tournaments, street or fitness. The fee structure is reasonable. People are allowed to train in open space that allows them to breathe in a proper way for a controlled breath. Cool isn't it? Yeah. I recommend for a refreshing mind, body and soul.

I've trained there,the classes are not professional,due to their training I've got injured,whiCh is unrecoverable,so I won't suggest anyone train there..Their is no trained coach for those who are newly joined and students are teaching for new comers...So please don't train there
