This place feels like heaven for real gym freaks, there can be no other gym as good as this one around or near dum dum. The trainers are really good at their work and take care of all their trainees too well, and my trainer Mr Sanjay is the best for me, he has always guided me in all my hard times not only as a coach as a mentor but also as a friend.

Its an awsome experience doing my workout here. A special thanks to my wonderful trainer Mr.Sanjay who helped me in reducing my belly fat and weight fron 97.5 to 92 in just 30 days. And will continue to do my workout here in future as well.

My overall experience in this gym is more than I expected. It has very well- educated and professional trainers and adequate machines for work out. If you are suffering from any health issues, the trainers are so experienced that they can understand and help you out to cure the same in a proper way. I am under training of Mr. Sanjay Pramanik, who is so knowledgeable about any kind of health issues and can give you the appropriate guidelines for the same. Moreover he can give you the proper guidance that what should be your physique according to your body type... I am highly recommend this gym for the environment and it's trainers.

Great place to work out and skilled trainer . I have opted for Personal trainer Sanjay Pramanik ,he has helped me to build my strength and loose some fat with proper exercise and guidance. Surely will recommend him as trainer and this gym for the training one requires to get good body.

They will welcome you with great manner. The gym is very well organized and gym atmosphere is awesome. Equipment's are well maintained and working in good quality. Gym is completely air-conditioned with energetic audio songs all the time. Mr. Sanjay is a great trainer, very friendly and very helpful. It's the best gym I have ever seen in the dumdum area.
