Well! I have been in trichy for more than 15 years but I have never seen a gym with low cost and best work out equipment, I have been training myself in a gym called tall walkers (vita gym currently) which is hell as expensive! But here it is very workout friendly and it has separate floors for cardio and heavyweights... Personally I really like this gym!
