Very poor service. It has been almost 6 years and still construction not completed and OC not received for the completed property. No amenities at all. They are spoiling their name and reputation and trust of home buyers. all people not answering call msg and emails. I'm very disappointed very poor customer service.

Horrible customer service. We booked a flat in 2013. Firstly they changed the location of the flat on their own and now its been 10 yrs, 5 yrs since we got the registration done, the flat is still not ready.

Xrbia members are fraud. Also there Customer services is pathetic. This people are cheater. please do not go with this company coz they are unable to deliver there promises on time also after taking money this company doesn't care about us.

At time of booking it was very beautiful, now it's just walking through grass and shrubs, searching ur plot, plot nos tags r also not there.if compared past and now ,my personal review sorry to say it WAS beautiful garden,NoW feel of old grave yard.

hi I book my flat in 2016 but still my flat is not ready xarbia project is totally fraud I request u don't weast ur money in such a project
