Did anyone get your parcel from their address? The address is provided by them is fake or real?? Please help anyone who was facing this problem. They didn't contact and updated status that I REFUSED. Thats not possible my phone is in working condition. Why they updated fake status. Even i mailed to the main branch that what kind of service you provided in Bhagalpur. Your services is worst totally disappointed. I'd never faced such difficulties while getting any of my courier. They have wrongly updated delivery status as 'refused by the customer'. Why so I can't Understand. this is done from last three days same status.Not even called me once.
