Xpressbees - Courier service in Ponda - South Goa, India

Wrost service. Seriously worst service ever. Fake msgs about not being available at home to receive the delivery. Just msgs of delivery twice daily and that delivery couldn't be executed due to my unavailability. Completely fake.

3rd grade service fake spam they give false reason to undeliver the product its been 1month i am waiting for my product from first cry ...useless service and they dont even respond to calls not emails cheap

The website said they would deliver the parcel by 3 Nov it is now 9 Nov and no sign of the parcel. Online it shows that it reached my city 5 days ago but just no response from xpressbees. Also a rude customer service and not apologetic for the delay. Also they say the delay is due to bad weather in the city when only on 1 night there was rain in the past 6 days.

I'm still waiting for some sort of a response from anywhere! Never ordering from FirstCry and Ajio again if this is the courier service they are using.

Worst ever service. Your representative never called me but give feed back with wrong information that amount not ready, asked to deliver later. The contact number of your agents given by you, when called informed me that they have left the job long back. The worst ever services i have received.

Xpressbees supporting fauds of online products, they simply delivered the products that i didn't ordered because one my other order from firstcry will suppose to come, i accept bhe parcel.when I tried to complain the xpressbees they neither returning the product not accepting their fault.still rubbish service.they delivered me meesho products, that i didn't order, xpressbees simply telling you call to meesho for return.if i didn't order how I returned the parcel.rubbish and worse service.supporting fraud ..

One of the worst delivery system i had seen in my life

Worst courier service ever. Delhivery agents don't even have audacity to receive your calls. They take more then expected days to deliver your product. You can't even contact them in case of any emergency or detailing. Rude, delayed, pathetic service. Now i cancel my parcels prior only if they are shipped through "Xpressbees" reorder it just to ship with another better service.
